Nel verde della campagna toscana vicinissimo a Firenze (km 9) l'Agriturismo "Fattoria di Sommaia" è stato ricavato con un accurato restauro in antichi edifici risalenti alla prima metà del 1500 e circondato dal parco della storica villa della famiglia Martini Bernardi e progettato dal famoso architetto francese di giardini Cambray-Digny,, vincolato dallo stato italiano per la sua straordinaria bellezza e per le artistiche opere murarie in esso contenute; in un contesto allietato da numerose varietà di fiori multicolori,e interamente recinto da muro piscina interrata (10 per 14 mt),, campo da tennis in erba sintetica, campo da calcetto,giuochi per bambini, griglie all’aperto, parcheggio interno: E’ agevole, data la vicinanza alle autostrade (km2) visitare tutte le città della toscana: Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca, Pisa ecc. Dans le vert de la campagne toscane, tout près de Florence (9Km), le gìte rural “Fattoria di Sommaia”est formè d’un ensamble de anciens bàtiments de la prèmière partie du sesième siecle restorèes avec gande soin et envirronnèes du park de la viilà istorique de la famille Martini Bernardi imaginè selon le plans du cèlèbre architecte français de jardins Coambray-Digny, le jardin appartient au patrimoine italien pour sa extraordinaire beautè et pour la valeur artistique de son architecture; dans un environnement richement fleurì se trouve la pissine enterrèe (Mt 10 sur 14 ) – court de tenniss en gazon artificiel – pètit champ de foot-ball - jeux pour enfants – barbecues en plein air.
L’autorute n’ètant qu’a 2 Km, on peut très facilement visiter les villes toscanes comme Siène, S. Gimigniano, Lucques, Pise ecc. A un Kilomètre de là on peut aussì Prendre le bus urbain N° 2 pour le centre historique de Florence.

The garden is bound by the Italian state for its extraordinary beauty and for its artistic stonework present in the park; in a context gladdened by several varieties of multicoloured flowers and entirely walled, with a sunken swimming pool (10 by 14 mts), tennis court with synthetic floor, five a side football pitch, children's toys, barbecues and indoor car park
Easy to reach, due to the proximity of the motorway (2km), and to visit all the Tuscan towns such as Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca, Pisa etc, and being 1 km away from the bus (N 2) to the historic centre of Florence. The farmhouse has apartments and chalets of various sizes: TV, central heating and laundry.

Mitten im Grünen der toskanischen Landschaft, in nächster Nähe von Florenz (9 km) befindet sich der Agritourismus-Betrieb "Fattoria di Sommaia". Er wurde durch sorgfältige Restaurationsarbeiten aus antiken Gebäuden, die auf die erste Hälfte des Jahres 1500 zurückgehen, errichtet und ist vom Park der historischen Villa der Familie Martini Bernardi umgeben, welcher vom berühmten französischen Gartenbauarchitekt Cambray-Digny geschaffen wurde, und aufgrund seiner außergewöhnlichen Schönheit und der kunstvollen Mauerwerke vom italienischen Staat geschützt wird; in diesem durch zahlreiche, farbenreiche Blumenarten geschmückten Ambiente, das vollkommen durch eine Mauer umgrenzt ist, gibt es ein versenktes Schwimmbad (10 x 14 m), einen Tennisplatz mit Synthetikgras, einen Fußballplatz, einen Kinderspielplatz, Grillmöglichkeiten im Freien, einen Parkplatz
Dank der Nähe zur Autobahn (2 km) ist er leicht erreichbar, man kann alle Städte der Toskana besuchen: Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca, Pisa etc. Es gibt weiters einen Stadtautobus (1 km) (Nr. 2), mit welchem man bis ins Zentrum von Florenz fahren kann. Der Bauernhof verfügt über Apartments und Häuschen verschiedener Größe: TV, Heizung, Waschraum.
Verkauf und Verkostung typischer Produkte: natives Olivenöl extra, Rotwein des Jahrgangs, im Fass gereifter Rotwein, Essig und Grappa.
