Fattoria 1, located on the ground floor of the main building, is fully wheelchair accessible. It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi and wired connection, and a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dining area. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub (wheelchair accessible).

Guests can visit our olive oil mill, taste the farm’s products, relax by the pool and enjoy the tennis court and football pitch.
