Mulino 1 is located on the ground floor of a two-storey farmhouse. It features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi and wired connection, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining area. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The sleeping area includes three bedrooms — one double and two twin — and two bathrooms with shower.

The apartment opens onto a large private covered terrace, fully furnished, overlooking a shared garden: perfect for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.

Guests can visit our olive oil mill, taste the farm’s products, relax by the pool and enjoy the tennis court and football pitch.
